Hi I'm Sarah
About Me

I have always loved plants , one of my earliest memories is running around my parents garden munching on peas fresh from the pod. It was no surprise when I followed my passion and studied horticulture at University.

Sustainability has always been at the heart of my passions.
I have worked in the gardens of some of Irelands top plot to plate hotels including Ballymaloe House, Richard Corrigans Virginia Park Lodge and Moy House where I grew vegetables and flowers for the restaurants .

A few years ago once again my heart lead the way but this time for a different reason, I met a wonderful man and we moved into his grandparents cottage in Foxford .

And so began a new journey. My journey into the wild and wonderful world of flowers .

plants are my passion

The Garden
I grow my plants in harmony with nature using organic practices in a passionate effort to conserve and promote mother natures beauty.

I grow on a little less than an acre with two polytunnels and a greenhouse .The growing space was once the vegetable garden of our cottage. It brings me great joy to breath life and love back into the land.

I use no dig principles to create the growing beds treating the soil with the love and care it deserves . The garden is a riot of colours and textures as I interplant annuals with perennials , theres no straight lines and mono cultures here! It promotes biodiversity and most importantly it brings a smile to my face.
